Yes - we accept returns on unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
Due to the consumable nature of our sachets (and hygiene standards), we can’t accept returns on any boxes that have been opened.
Once a box has been opened, we’re unable to offer a refund - even if only one sachet has been used. This is in line with UK hygiene regulations for consumable goods.
Drop us a message at hello@drinktrickle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you return instructions. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or faulty.
